RETURN POLICY

Please Note:
We request our customers to make opening video of package without any cuts and pauses to avoid settlement incase there's any missing or damaged product.
We assure all the products go through 3 layer quality check before dispatch. Still, if there's an issue we would resolve it for you.

We are happy to offer a 7 days, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused and unworn items with all its labels, tags and packaging completely intact.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the description carefully for all products.

Customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse, we do not offer free return shipping. Return shipping fee is to be borne by the customer or they can return the products using third party courier service for which they're obligated to share tracking information within 7 days of delivery.

In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the Rutvi (RK Jewellers) has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to, free gifts and silver coins.

SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

We offer free shipping for all orders within India.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. We also offer Cash on Delivery to most Pincodes within India.
Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase.
GST is included in the price.

CANCELLATION BY RUTVI

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account within 7 working days.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rutvi (RK Jewellers) and accept Rutvi (RK Jewellers) decision regarding the cancellation.
